The hotel has neat rooms with balconies offering a nice view. It is conveniently located close to attractions like the library, museum, restaurants, and several local sites.

The hotel is modern, it has attentive staff from Marawan the receptionist to Mohamed the porter. The rooms are huge and reasonably large with balconies and a nice view, as example. The accommodation is in the center of the town. There's cool Brazilian Coffee not too far away from the venue, make desserts etc.

This location was absolutely perfect and incredible, right by the library of Alexandria and Cavafy museum, and downtown and many places. It also was close to the sea.

Fairly clean and exceptional place. Breakfast with French pastries. Efficient, decent staff towards all guests. Had unbeatable and wonderful location in everything always offer there help all the time, close to a museum and a cathedral. Plus, a walking distance from kavafis museum.

The great thing is location in the center of the city. Twin/double room is huge, has a large bathroom. The service is GOOD, includes private parking.

Had an enjoyable Easter break at a hotel in a lively and active area. the room was luxurious and spacious, with all essential amenities and comfortable bedding. the hotel was well-maintained and tidy. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and there was even an omelette bar to craft your taste buds. the location was convenient to access historical places and the beach.

Despite the pleasantries, the hotel could improve its services. the hotel staff needed to be more proactive in managing some issues, like language barriers.
